Microbial enzymatic hydrolysis technology

Fresh kelp is processed with advanced technology to effectively cut off long chain fibers. Using digital controlled enzymatic digestion technology to digest algae, break down kelp cell walls, release contents, and degrade some macromolecular components into small molecule nutrients; Under normal temperature conditions, product separation and nutrient enrichment are carried out on the enzymatic hydrolysate of kelp, extracting organic and inorganic nutrients such as kelp polysaccharides, monosaccharides, oligosaccharides, alginate, mannitol, and plant factors from kelp, achieving efficient biocatalytic transformation for green preparation. Avoiding issues such as damaging the nutritional activity of seaweed, contaminating products, and the environment due to the corrosive effects of acid and alkali in chemical processes. The product fully preserves the diversity and biological activity of kelp nutrition, and contains functional components such as active enzymes that can directly participate in crop growth regulation.

Under the action of biological enzymes, the fibrous substances and alginate in the cell wall of kelp are naturally decomposed. Natural hormone storage technology for fresh kelp

Kelp is an algal plant that produces various life sustaining substances such as indole-3-acetic acid, indole-3-butyric acid, gibberellin, zeaxanthin, and other endogenous hormones and active substances during its growth to promote its growth and resist harsh environments. Freshly harvested fresh sea still exhibits living characteristics, with the highest levels of life sustaining substances (plant endogenous hormones, etc.) present in the body, which decrease with the prolongation of harvesting time. Therefore, we need to minimize the time from harvesting to processing as much as possible. Generation Ocean has established strict standards: kelp should arrive at the production workshop within 30 minutes after harvesting. Within 30 minutes, the shredding process is completed and enzymatic hydrolysis begins. The active ingredients of kelp are released and fixed and stored through technical means to extract the stimulating substances that promote kelp growth to the maximum extent possible, resulting in a high concentration of fresh kelp active stock.
