Kelp is a cold water seaweed, and the most suitable seawater temperature is 0-13 ℃. If the water temperature exceeds 20 ℃, it will stop growing. At the junction of 37.39 degrees north latitude and the Yellow Ocean Current, the water temperature, flow velocity, and nutrients here are suitable for the growth of kelp, making it one of the most suitable areas for kelp aquaculture.

Since the beginning of kelp aquaculture in 1968,SHIDAI MARINE has owned 15000 acres of independent marine ecological aquaculture bases, with an annual production of over 200000 tons of fresh kelp. From May to August each year, Generation Ocean uses freshly harvested kelp for enzymatic hydrolysis, maximizing the preservation of the natural active substances in kelp and obtaining the highest content of natural, organic, and active ingredients in kelp enzymatic hydrolysis slurry. Every year, tens of thousands of tons of kelp pulp are transported to various parts of the world, contributing to the quality agriculture of the world.
